2. Eligibility

To access services from Paraf Foundation, you must:

• Be part of an approved group or community organization.

• Meet the eligibility criteria as defined by the Foundation’s policies.

• Provide accurate and complete information during the application process.

3. Loan and Financial Services

• All financial assistance is subject to approval based on our verification process.

• Group members are collectively responsible for the loan repayment unless otherwise specified.

• Loan terms, repayment schedules, interest rates, and penalties (if any) will be clearly communicated before disbursement.

4. Member Responsibilities

• Members must maintain transparency and honesty in all interactions with the Foundation.

• It is the responsibility of the group and its members to ensure timely repayment of any financial support received.

• Members must notify Paraf Foundation of any changes in contact details or financial status.

5. Field Officer Coordination

• All loan procedures and disbursements are coordinated through authorized Field Loan Officers.

• Members are required to remain in contact with their designated officer for updates, documentation, and verification.

6. Use of Funds

Funds received from the Foundation must be used strictly for the purposes agreed upon during the application process. Misuse of funds may result in termination of services and legal action.

7. Confidentiality and Data Privacy

• Paraf Foundation values your privacy. All personal and financial data collected will be handled confidentially and used only for service-related purposes.

• We do not share member data with third parties without prior consent, unless required by law.

8. Termination of Services

Paraf Foundation reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to individuals or groups found to be in violation of these terms.

9. Amendments

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Members will be notified of any changes via official communication channels.
